Pricing & Payment

  • All prices shown exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment is due at the time of order unless agreed otherwise.
  • We accept most major credit/debit cards and bank transfers.

Delivery

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Mon–Fri) are usually dispatched the same day.
  • Delivery charges and timeframes are detailed on our Delivery Information page.
  • Goods become your responsibility once delivered.

Returns & Cancellations

  • Standard items can be returned within 30 days — see our Returns Policy for details.
  • Items must be unused and in resalable condition.
  • Special-order or bespoke items are non-returnable unless faulty.
