We aim to keep things simple and fair. If something’s not right with your order, we’ll do our best to put it right.

Return Policy

  • Standard items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Special-order or bespoke items are non-returnable unless faulty.

How to Return

  1. Contact us first at sales@lampfix.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll confirm the return and provide a reference or further instructions.

Customers are responsible for return carriage unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method, typically within 5 working days.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If there’s a problem with your order, let us know straight away and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund — and cover any return costs.
